🎬 This week’s episode was inspired by a call I was on this week. I was talking with a good friend who sold his IT business like me. He started a new company, but is finding himself TRAPPED….AGAIN!!!! His new business has the same choke hold that his IT business had on him. That was one of biggest reasons he sold it. Now he doesn’t know what to do.
He’s working nearly 7 days a week with staff now in 5-6 time zones. He’s crushed by the weight of managing all of this NOW while raising 3 kids.
