"What is the refund policy?
Enrollment is final and we do not issue general refunds. The one exception is the Rollout Guarantee. Show up to the build sessions, live or on replay, and complete each session's build. If you do that and still do not finish the cohort with your Braintrust System and at least one deployed system, I will work with you one on one until you do. If I still cannot get you there, you get a full refund. The guarantee is gated on participation and verified from your saved outputs and portal missions.
