About the Role
Orange Nomad is looking for a Productivity Systems Consultant to join our growing team. You'll work directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners to design, implement, and optimize the productivity systems that power their operations.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, has a knack for simplifying complexity, and genuinely cares about helping business owners reclaim their time and sanity.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients on productivity system design and implementation using ClickUp, HighLevel, and other platforms
Build and optimize workflow automations that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, pain points, and goals
Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for client teams
Collaborate with the Orange Nomad team on new service offerings and frameworks
Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing client systems
Requirements
2+ years experience with productivity and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
Strong understanding of business operations and workflow design
Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, HighLevel, etc.)
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Passion for helping entrepreneurs and small businesses scale
Nice to Have
ClickUp certified or extensive ClickUp experience
Experience with CRM implementation and optimization
Background in consulting, coaching, or agency work
Familiarity with AI tools and how they integrate into business workflows
